Your support matters
Did you know that the Children’s Museum serves more than 45,000 people each year through our programs, special events, exhibits, and community outreach?
Your gift to the Annual Fund of the Children’s Museum of the Brazos Valley (CMBV) provides critical funding to ensure that our high-quality educational programs, interactive exhibits, and community events are made possible throughout the Brazos Valley. As an independent, 501(c)(3) non-profit institution with ticket sales and memberships covering only 60% of the Museum’s operating costs, we rely on generous donors like you to ensure sustainability. For over 20 years, we have been a resource for families and children in the Brazos Valley and your continued support ensures that we continue this tradition for generations to come.
In addition to helping underwrite our true operating costs, your donation helps provide museum access to under-served children and families through programs such as:
• Community Outreach – held at events such as First Friday in Downtown Bryan and the Local at the Lake Walk Town Center
• Museum For All – Admission for family members of the same household for $2 each for any EBT card holder or WIC program participant.
• Once Upon a Storytime… – A free weekly book reading and activity held at Lake Walk.
• Discounted admission for school groups
• Partnership with the Early Childhood Intervention (ECI)
